Steps leading up from new housing to Milngavie Road, no ramps for cycles, pushchairs, wheelchairs etc etc. A disgrace for such a new development!!

Beech trees planted on public land now blocking over 60% of the pavement, no room for pushchairs, wheelchairs etc.

Encroachment of fence and shrubs blocking the pavement on a dangerous corner

Give priority on this traffic lights to the pedestrians instead of the cars. Especially as it is so close to the primary school.

This is Baljaffray primary school. But emphasis is put on cars. The car access is heading directly to the main school entrance. Whereas all pupils have to come "through the back door". Make the Main access a pedestrian access and move the c ... [more]

Add traffic lights to allow children to walk to school

Shared use street redesign and slowed traffic past Hillfoot station. I understand that the Bears Way was stopped just north of here because of concern about parking loss near train station and ammenities. However there is space on the roa ... [more]

Something tells me that this is the council boundary.

The path from the end of Annan Drive leading to Drumchapel starts off wide, but gets narrower.

The path from Conon Avenue to the Colquhoun Park pavilion. It is possible to access Station Road from the car park to the right.

A connecting path across to Edgehill Road.

Nearing the top of the hill, and the end of the upgraded section of path. A couple of bollards have been placed in the path next to a path junction.

The section of the path from Stockiemuir Avenue to Drymen Road that has been upgraded. The gradient increase can be seen in the background.

The path to Drymen Road diverges from the Ski Club access.

The narrow and unsurfaced path from Heather Park towards the Craigdhu Wedge is not particularly suitable for cycling, although it is popular with dog walkers.

The path alongside the Bishopbriggs side of the canal is quite muddy in places. On the right, a gate across access to the Thomas Muir Trail path across the Bishopbriggs Burn.

The path on the opposite side of the canal from NCN754 isn't surfaced, but connects to some houses at Aultbea Street that wouldn't otherwise have direct access along the canal. The path is quite muddy in places, but continues as far as Lamb ... [more]

The path on the opposite side of the canal from NCN754 isn't surfaced, but continues through from Bishopbriggs to Cadder. Nice for a change, but a bit muddy.

The path on the left is useful for getting to the ASDA superstore.

Wide footway set back from Auchinairn Road, and toucan crossing across to the large new housing development. Those corners could do with rounding off, but perhaps this is intended for cycling.

End of the wide footway alongside Auchinairn Road, within sight of the Standburn Road junction.

The start of the West Highland Way in Milngavie. Compare this to the start of the Allander Way across the road #70914.

Under the main road bridge and the Allander Walkway encounters a flight of steps. No warning that this was going to happen.

Not the smartest designed or prettiest piece of pathway on the Allander Walkway under the Tesco access bridge.

The section of the Allander Way firmly in East Dunbartonshire is somewhat better than the section belonging to Glasgow City Council.

A footway that diverges from the road going into Woodilee development. No indication on whether cycling is permitted on this path. Either way, lampposts are planted within the width of the path, effectively narrowing it.
